So mindfulness is a real thing that we all have to practice in all areas of our lives, which means being choiceful and prioritizing when 'stuff' happens. All I really have control of is staying calm and problem solving. Yup. And breathing. So I've decided that the most mindful thing to do is to drop the things that are not of a 'must do' nature.
So blog posts will resume when I get my computer back and am not limping along on borrowed equipment.
