Well, after 20 years of working out of my home.....I'm moving on up to Uptown Waterloo! Vincenzo's will be in my backyard and you guys will have a waiting room! Which will be so nice for both of us....especially in the winter eh?! Anyway, in the meantime, THAT is my mindfulness exercise for this next few weeks! I'm looking forward to seeing you there!
